Cancelation/Late Policy
Please show up on time! If in the events you can’t make it in time inform me as soon as possible.
I have a 15 min grace period and in the case of a late arrival I may shorten the service in any way may fit (no wash, no blow dry) without a discount. (Situational, I may shorten the appointment, I may not). I may also refuse a late appointment if excessively late.
Please inform of any cancelation as soon as possible. Deposits for larger services may be taken place, any cancelations less an 24 hours will not be refunded or exchangeable.
No show No call will require non-refundable deposits for services after 2 no shows. If you call 20 mins before an appointment informing you will not be showing, there will be a non-refundable deposits after 3 last min cancelations.
Re-do and Refund Policy
In the case of one being unhappy with their hair, it can be redone free of charge within a week of the original appointment. That being said if there is an understanding and an agreement talked about, written and signed there will be no redo (situational).
Respect/ Right to Refuse
If there is any case of disrespect or inappropriate behavior I have the right to refuse service at any point. This also includes joining quests, even if they aren’t getting their hair done.
On top of being late or disrespectful, if their is a health hazard I have the right to refuse service for the safety of you and myself.
Children Policy
I do offer children’s cuts, so they are welcome in.
If they are not receiving a service I ask they do not run around the salon.
If a child is receiving a service, I ask if you can inform me if the service needs to be stretched out for sensitive children. I’m more than willing to make some extra time for kids who don’t feel comfortable, if I’m not informed and in a time crunch I may not be able to finish the haircut. In the events of a highly squirmy child I may refuse to finish the service for the safety of the child and myself, that being said I can finish a cut but it may not be pretty.
Deals and Specials
I will have regular deals and specials! When 2 specials are shown at the same time I will do one of the following:
- Use the best deal
- Offer to save the one of the deals for a later date
Unfortunately I will not be combining deals. (Ex: one 15% and one 20% will not give you 35%)
